Summary of my holiday update part 2.
1. Hiking and cycling
Only managed to go hiking at Bukit Larut twice this week. Every morning also get Today can’t go again sms. Rain oh rain! I seriously had forgotten the feeling of hiking. The strength and energy needed. The tiredness during the activity. God, I was really forcing my legs to climb up the way among the tree roots on my first re-united hike. I know I was extremely slow but I just couldn’t move faster. Damn lenguh. Itu lah, two months without much exercise. The second one was better, and a bit less tiring. Haha. Due to rain, no more hiking after that. My last cycling was like few years ago, so you can imagine how great I felt when I cycled again this time. I think I was sighing with satisfaction during the whole 25 minutes. Hehe.
On Thursday, I was out the whole day with family. Shopping. Actually, the aim was to repair my broadband simcard, which often caused me depression recently. But the Celcom booth in Tesco was unable to fix that problem. So, we had to go to the Celcom center in Kamunting. Meanwhile, shopping sekejap at Sentral. My intention was to buy a pair of shoes for my daily use to class. Maybe a not-heels for convinience. But ended up buying 2 pairs of sandals. Closed sandals. For home use. Hehe. Tried on two different pairs of wedges (which has been in wishlist for a very long time) but then spotted a flat sandal which looked more adorable. Turned out to be a better choice too. Left the shop happily. Yet, I can still be tempted by another shoe shop. Mum sponsored the second one, because she bought a pair too. *love* At night, I followed mum and dad out again since both my brothers were at tuition. Saw another nice heels which I like. But didn’t buy lah. Control. Haha.
3. Eating and hanging out
Went to Old Town with mum and youngest brother for lunch. Shared nasi lemak rendang ayam, butter-kaya toast and orange yoghurt smoothies with mum. Sedap! *thumbs up* At home, cooked mee rebus once, made kaya twice and baked chocolate cake twice. Ate roti tisu for the first time. Mum’s fruit juices every day. Dad’s pisang goreng. Today, went to my friend’s house for a while. Went out to Sushi King for lunch. Tasted their ice-creams. Sedap! Hehe. Then, went to a shop which I never knew its existance for a big plate of fruits. Ate at both places in just one hour and a half. Wow.
Watched Up. Very funny, sad and meaningful. Cute. Nice movie (:
The roads are quite busy today. I suspect it is due to the Merdeka celebration holidays. Sobs.
Kelantan, here I come!*turning on pack bag mode*
Can I not go?

Nama : Khor Jen Yong
Kesalahan : Tiada plat P di kenderaan
Kompaun : Bayar dalam tempoh sebulan
The main character is me lah, of course. =.=”
This morning my family wanted to go pray for my late grandpa. Since we can only bring vegetarian food into the temple, we went to a famous vegetarian shop in town to buy some dishes. As usual, I was the one driving lah. Siok ma. Hehe. The car with plat P was at grandma’s house, so I pun drive la Wira. Which ain’t got a P in it.
Bought 3 dishes. Cost RM11. Agak mahal lor. Talking sambil talking, I turned into the junction beside the hospital. Tengok tengok ada sekatan JPJ di sana. Aduhai. No plat P. Sure kena liao.
That masked JPJ officer asked for my lesen. P ah? Drive tepi sana. Then, I get down the car, walked towards the queue and signed the warrant slip lor.
I only drive several times a year wor. Always got the P car, this car memang didn’t put P ma. Haih. Suey betul.
I thought kesalahan tidak meletak plat P will only get you some demerit marks? Also got denda kompaun ar? Should have told grandpa about this. Maybe it’s a blessing from him. Heh.
Aduhai. My lesen P is finishing in another 6 months. Aduhai.
And so, I terus drive to a shop and buy two P stickers. Puas hati now. Huh.
What a mood destroyer! Bleks! >.<“

After the disastrous week of work and rush, I headed back to Taiping with determination and eagerness. Determined to have a assignment-free holiday. Eager to be back home after two months. I was in the state of homesick and exhaustion, and all I dreaded for during the last few days was the six-and-a-half-hours bus ride home. Even though it turned out to be a FREEZING COLD one, and unsleepable. The single seat was superb, but I couldn’t figure out why it turned out to be uncomfortable. Was tossing throughout the whole journey. Sobs.
The first dialogue from my mum at 4.13am in the car was You look very pale lah. This is my 3rd semester, and I think this semester was the 1st time that I ever called her many many times and complained about being tired and busy, usually during the night. The weekends with morning, noon and night classes. The staying up without even online until 4am. The weekdays which I felt lasted so long. The abandoned tea-time gathering in room. The abandoned weekly movie time after a huge home-cooked meal in room. I intended to chat with her until my brothers got up for school, but I fell asleep right after I had my bath. About 10 minutes before they started fighting for the bathroom.
My first day at home, all that I could remember was the TWO huge glasses of juice. The green vegetable juice turned out to be slightly bitter, but my mum made an innocent face and said that it wasn’t. Found out from my youngest brother that it was mixed with some bitterguard. BITTERGUARD! ARGH! Later in the evening I drank the dragonfruit juice with another doubt. Some really wierd taste. And as I forced half the cup down my throat, I heard my youngest brother screaming that it was mixed with some garlics. GARLICS!! GROSS!! Nowadays my mum can be a murderer. Really. The grin and wicked laugh when she saw all our reactions! So, for this two days I willingly helped her to prepare the juices when she asked for help. Hehe. Precaution.
Only went out to meet some dear old friends on Friday night. Had some catchup and laugh over everything. The next few plans were all destroyed by the weather. The raining town. The rain always have the ability to make people so lazy. Filled most of my weekend with driving my brothers around. The best part is getting to drive fast and sing aloud.
Second day, I had a haircut after all. I really did have the thought of letting it grow long, and longer, but the ends were getting dry and splitting. So I told the fella in the salon to trim only a little. Not bad lor. Me like the final handwork. After this I’m gonna keep long hair. I hope so. Hehe.
And, I am becoming such a pig. Sleep like one. Eat like one. Sleep for more than 8 hours everyday, which is 2 times the usual amount I had over there. Eat 3 meals everyday, which is 3 times the usual amount. Dad says he buys everything just for me. Even my aunt keep saying that she cook just for me. This is why I like the feeling of being at home after so long. Hehe.
p/s : Mum and bros love the thick chocolate-coated biscuits. Cousin like the jersey. (:
My holiday wish : I want to master the kaya-making. And bake the chocolate steamed cakes. Delayed for 2 days already. Why is it always something to do with cooking and food? Haha
…to be continued

Routine can make you so tired and crazy. Maybe you see it, maybe you don’t.
It’s a weekend, and I spent the whole day in my room. Out only to the washroom and AC10 for two cups of tea. Summing up, I actually had 4 meals today: [1.21 am] – A packet of Nips. [1.30 pm] – A cup of tea. [7.08 pm] – Second cup of tea and some marie biscuits. [9.14pm] – A cup of soya drink. See why it’s best not to stay in hostel during weekends?
Work and work. I’m in the rush to finish up most of it because I prefer a peaceful holidays.
Sometimes, a little surprise can make your heart pound a little faster. Slightly faster than the snailcrawl-like, normal, monotonous beat. Provided it’s a happy little surprise.
Why do things tend to crop up at the same time? Huhu.
So, here I am, posting this at 4 am, under extreme exhaustion and hunger. =/
p/s: Finally subtitles are settled! More than 580 slides, plenty of fun displaying it.

We met some people carrying bags written Pusat Darah Wilayah Timur in the cafe. And so, the next second I found myself being pulled by my friend to the hall. My intention was just to accompany her since I have never tried it before. We were greeted very warmly, and someone passed me the registration form as well. I just stared blankly at it, and the next second, I was putting my signature on it. I passed all the tests smoothly, quote Cantik.Bagus.Pass from the doctor who was checking my pulse (some of my friends failed the HB test, which is the haemoglobin test).
See? I am a healthy child. Hehe.
My very first blood donation (:
And I love it. (:

Time moves so fast. People come and go out of your life. You must never miss the opportunity to tell these people how much they mean to you.
It is so easy to utter this saying, but how many part of it do you actually really prove? Why do we always have to wait till some certain point in life to think about someone and realize how much you wish he/she is there? Why do things just don’t always go as we want?
You would never realize the existence and importance of things until they are gone.
The feeling of being crushed and broken into pieces. The grief and the sorrow. The feeling of wanting to cry yet no tears would come.
You have my condolences and support.
Life is indeed like a brief candle.
I could do with a big hug of comfort now. Haiz.
